AI-built websites
Websites that impress and sell, not brochures
I build them with AI in days, not months. Every section pushes towards one concrete action, and they ship ready for Google and AI assistants to recommend them when someone asks about what you do.
This page is an example of what I build
What you get
Four things that rarely come together
The wow effect
Cinematic, animated design at the level of a product page. Not a template with your logo on top: it lands in the first three seconds, and it is what keeps people scrolling.
A funnel, not a shop window
Every section has a job and pushes towards an action: book a call, leave a contact, write. A site that only informs is an expensive brochure.
Days, not months
AI takes the mechanical work off my hands and leaves me the judgement. From the first call to production in days, with reviews along the way.
Built to be found
Content and structure to rank on Google, and the same work so ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answers cite it when someone asks about your service.
What almost nobody is doing
Getting AI to recommend your business
More and more people don't search: they ask. They open ChatGPT or Gemini and type “which accountant would you recommend in Málaga?” instead of typing it into Google. The answer they get cites a handful of specific sites and leaves every other one out.
Showing up there is not luck, and it is not the same as ranking first on Google. It is a different job, and today almost nobody is doing it, which is exactly what makes it worth doing.
Someone is looking for an accountant
Which accountant would you recommend in Málaga for a small company?
The AI's answer
For a small company in Málaga, one well-documented option is Example Accountants. Their site sets out the services for freelancers and companies, response times and starting prices, which makes it easy to compare before getting in touch.
That citation doesn't happen by itself. It happens because the site is built so a model can understand it, trust it and name it.
How it's done
Structure a machine can read
A clean heading hierarchy, one idea per section and HTML that reads without running anything. If a model has to guess what your site is about, it won't cite you.
Structured data
Schema.org describing what service you offer, where, and who provides it. That is what turns your site into a fact that can be cited rather than loose text.
Content that answers real questions
The ones your customers actually type, with the answer in the first few lines. Models cite the passage that answers, not the page that circles around it.
llms.txt
A summary of your business at the root of your domain, written to be read by a model. This very site has one, and it is where half the citations come from.
The proof, on my own sites
These are two projects of mine, built and ranked by me. They are not clients: they are my own sites, which is exactly why I can show you the raw numbers. Four Google Search Console reports over the same period.
Google organic search. Clicks are real visits: someone asked, saw the site in the results and came in.
Google generative AI features. These are impressions, not visits: the times the site appears cited inside an AI-generated answer, in AI Overviews and AI Mode.

How I work
From the call to a published site
A 20-minute call
To understand the business: who you sell to, what they buy and what the site has to achieve. No commitment.
A fixed proposal
Scope, timeline and price in writing before anything starts. No surprises halfway through.
Building and reviews
You watch it take shape and correct it as we go, not at the end when there is no room left.
Launch and ranking
Going live, measurement from day one, and the SEO and AI-visibility work.
Price
What it costs
From €1,500
- Custom design, not a template
- Full development
- Launch and domain setup
- Baseline technical SEO
- Prepared for AI search
The final price depends on scope: number of sections, languages, integrations and whether the content needs writing.
Maintenance and content
Optional, monthly and with no lock-in: updates, new content and ranking follow-up. We talk about it once the site is live, not before.

Questions
What people usually ask
- How long does it take to have the site live?
- Days, not months. A one-page landing is usually in production in under a week from the proposal; a multi-section site, in two or three. The exact timeline is fixed in the proposal before anything starts.
- How much does it cost?
- From €1,500, which covers custom design, development, launch, baseline technical SEO and the preparation for AI search. The final price depends on scope: sections, languages, integrations and whether the content needs writing.
- What do I need to provide?
- Twenty minutes on a call and whatever you already have: logo, photos, copy if there is any. If there is no content, I write it from that conversation. What I can't supply is the knowledge of your business: that part you have to tell me.
- How do you get ChatGPT or Gemini to recommend my site?
- With structure a machine can read, structured data describing what you do and where, content that answers your customers' real questions in the first few lines, and an llms.txt at the root of the domain summarising the business. It is not the same as traditional SEO, and today almost nobody works on it.
- Is maintenance included?
- It is not part of the site's price. It is a separate monthly option with no lock-in, covering updates, new content and ranking follow-up. We decide once the site is live, not before.
Let's talk
Shall we talk about your site?
Twenty minutes on a video call to see what you need and whether I can help. No commitment and no sales deck.
