Overview

HouseSaver is built with your privacy as a priority. We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service, and we never sell your personal information to third parties.

Data we collect

HouseSaver stores your savings goals, movements, and settings locally on your device using SwiftData. If you enable iCloud sync, this data is synced to your personal iCloud account — we never have access to it.

We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or location unless you contact us directly for support.

Market data

HouseSaver fetches anonymised real estate market data from our API based on the city and country you select. No personal data is sent with these requests.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics SDKs. We may use Apple's built-in App Store analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns.

Subscriptions

HouseSaver Pro subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not process or store your payment information.

Children's privacy

HouseSaver is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or this page.
